Creative Ways To Use Lighting

Whether it’s in a house, condo, store or even exteriors, lighting is very important. No matter what cultural or religious background, we all associate light as a positive element, and it lifts up our mood and gives us energy to do more. With that in mind you can use lighting to your advantage to create some breathtaking interiors and exteriors.

Here are some tips on how to use lighting more creatively:

•              Use String lights on objects like mirror for interiors or trees for exterior is a good idea. It will make them glamorous.

 Consider using candles in cages. It’s a nice contrast, and makes your stand alone candles look more interesting and draws more attention to the eye. If you want a more dramatic look do this with a hanging cage.

•     Use rope lighting to line your garden or underneath your stairs. It’s a very cheap option but goes a long way in making your exterior look different and beautiful.

•          You can use LED lighting behind your see thru curtains. It will add a very romantic and dreamy look to your place. It’s the perfect option for your bedroom.

•             Put some twinkle lights under a decorative glass, through a ladder or anywhere that would be less expected.

•             You can use a bunch of regular lamps and hang them in a non-orderly fashion, instead of a chandelier. It will give a much more interesting look, and this way the lights wouldn’t be all concentrated in one single place.
